Bequests & Legacy

Sustainability of the Foundation and it's dedicated research provides hope, strength and resilience for tomorrow's MPN sufferers.

Ruby Red Foundation relies on generous supporters who include a gift in their Will, known as a Bequest, to ensure the longevity of our organisation. The generous donations we receive through bequests enable us to continue making MPN research happen and support those living with the myeloproliferative blood cancers.

By leaving a bequest to Myeloproliferative Neoplasm Australia Limited (Ruby Red Foundation*) you're giving a gift that has the power to impact the lives of those living with MPN now and into the future.

If you would like to discuss any aspect of making a gift to the Ruby Red Foundation, we are here to help you, please contact us.

Give the Gift of Hope to people with MPNs

When you leave a bequest to the Ruby Red Foundation, you can feel secure in the knowledge that:

  • You're supporting Australia's only charity dedicated to making MPN research happen, to help improve our understanding, advance treatment, and find a cure for myeloproliferative blood cancers
  • Your gift will be used solely for improving the lives of people with Myeloproliferative blood cancers - to provide hope, strength and resilience to Australian's suffering with the disease
  • You're helping the Foundation raise awareness of the disease burden people will myeloproliferative blood cancers suffer, including educating healthcare professionals (GPs/specialists)

Preparing a legally valid and up-to-date Will is one of the most important documents you will ever be required to prepare. Ensuring you are providing for your loved ones is most important; after this, if you are able to leave a gift to the Foundation you can contact us for advice on how to best incorporate this into your Will.

*Ruby Red Foundation is the trading name of Myeloproliferative Neoplasm Australia Limited, which is the legally registered name of the Foundation required for any bequests.
